Course Report

Program Requirements Narrative

The Design and Media Arts Pathway has been working on updating our Fashion Design program for several years. After several meetings with our industry advisory and other partners, the faculty decided that it would benefit our students to have separate, stackable certificates to allow students to pursue a program of study that met their individual needs. In addition, our advisory partners encouraged us to integrate more technology into our programs, so that is something we have focused on with these new programs. The Advanced Fashion Design Associate of Arts Degree is the capstone program for the Fashion Design stackable certificates.
