Catalog Description
The Costume Technology program in the Design and Media Arts Department provides instruction in the production of garments for theater, film, television and the entertainment industry. The program uses industry recognized tools and techniques to promote best practices in the innovative design of costumes. Students who complete this program will be prepared to enter careers in costume houses, theaters, as well as film and television studios.

Program Goal
Upon completion of the program, students will be able to demonstrate proficiency in the use of a variety of costuming tools and techniques for the production of creative work.
