This curriculum is designed for students who need the marketing basics and are planning beginning careers in marketing, advertising, retailing, and sales. Students will learn to recognize and develop an appreciation for customer need, understand and apply the four P’s of marketing: Product, Price, Place (distribution), and Promotion, and develop a basic marketing plan and implement a strategy.

1st Program Goal and Objective: Program Goal: Equip students with foundational marketing knowledge and skills essential for entry-level positions in marketing, advertising, retailing, and sales. Program Objective: Students will demonstrate the ability to create and present a basic marketing plan that incorporates the four P’s: Product, Price, Place, and Promotion. 2nd Program Goal and Objective: Program Goal: Prepare students to recognize and address customer needs while implementing effective marketing strategies for diverse business environments.
