The Banking & Finance Associate of Science Degree provides students with a strong foundation in financial services, business operations, and digital banking technologies. This program is designed for individuals seeking career advancement or transfer opportunities in the growing fields of retail banking, lending, compliance, and financial technology. Students develop skills in banking operations, customer service, financial software, regulatory compliance, and business communication. Graduates will be prepared for employment in financial institutions, including positions such as personal banker, operations analyst, loan officer, or client services specialist.

Course Report
Upon successful completion of the Associate of Science Degree in Banking & Finance, students will be able to:
- Analyze and apply advanced principles of banking, finance, and customer relationship management in both traditional and digital banking environments.
- Demonstrate workforce readiness for mid-level roles in financial institutions through professional communication, critical thinking, and financial decision-making.
- Interpret and apply regulatory, compliance, and ethical frameworks in banking operations, lending, and financial services.
- Integrate business mathematics, financial software, and office productivity tools to solve common industry problems and support operational efficiency.
- Engage in lifelong learning and continued professional development through exposure to emerging technologies and business practices in finance.
- Transfer acquired knowledge and skills to a four-year business or finance degree pathway or career advancement within the financial services industry.
