The Banking & Finance Associate of Science Degree provides students with a strong foundation in financial services, business operations, and digital banking technologies. Upon successful completion of the Associate of Science Degree in Banking & Finance, students will be able to:

  • Analyze and apply advanced principles of banking, finance, and customer relationship management in both traditional and digital banking environments.
  • Demonstrate workforce readiness for mid-level roles in financial institutions through professional communication, critical thinking, and financial decision-making.
  • Interpret and apply regulatory, compliance, and ethical frameworks in banking operations, lending, and financial services.
  • Integrate business mathematics, financial software, and office productivity tools to solve common industry problems and support operational efficiency.
  • Engage in lifelong learning and continued professional development through exposure to emerging technologies and business practices in finance.
