Catalog Description

The Advanced Collision Repair program prepares students for dynamic careers in the automotive refinishing and repair industry through hands-on, industry-driven training. Students learn advanced techniques in collision repair, refinishing, and powder coating using modern equipment and materials that meet current manufacturer and safety standards. The program emphasizes precision, craftsmanship, and professional skill development, equipping graduates with the expertise needed to excel as entry-level technicians or advance within the field. Whether pursuing immediate employment or continuing education, students gain the technical foundation and confidence to succeed in today’s evolving automotive industry.

Enrollment Completer Projections

The Advanced Collision Repair program is projected to produce approximately 12 to 14 completers annually across both the Certificate and Associate of Science degree pathways in its initial years. While this represents a modest increase over current completion rates, early student interest and strong advisory committee support suggest the program has significant potential for rapid growth once established. As industry awareness and community partnerships expand, enrollment is expected to increase steadily, positioning the program as a high-demand pathway for students seeking skilled, well-paying careers in the collision repair and refinishing industry.
