Students must take 11 units including Salon Business,Business Bookkeeping, Introduction to Business and one of the following;Principles of Marketing, Introduction to Social Media, Management Principles or Business Information Systems with Applications to earn a Certificate of Achievement in Salon Business. Students will have the basic knowledge and skills necessary for operating and managing a salon/spa business. This certificate will also encourage traditional and underrepresented students to complete their Community College education and secure employment.
