Los Angeles Trade Technical College’s (LATTC) proposed Certificate in Achievement in Mobile Food Truck Operations is a comprehensive program designed to equip students with the essential knowledge and practical skills needed to successfully navigate the dynamic world of mobile food vending. Whether you aspire to operate a food truck, trailer, cart, or other mobile unit, we provide a robust foundation in all critical aspects of the business.

Upon completion of this certificate program, students will be prepared to:

  • Secure employment in existing mobile food operations.
