This program includes classes that will guide students toward careers in law enforcement and policing, the courts and the law, and state, local, and private corrections. Upon completion of graduation requirements and the required degree courses with at least a “C” or “P” (pass) grade in each course, the student will be awarded an Associate of Arts degree.
Projected annual Program enrollments are 175 students, projected annual completions are 45 students.

he Criminal Justice program is multifaceted and serves the educational needs of both pre-service and law enforcement professionals as well as individuals interested in learning about the field. The program leads to an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice, and transfer to Baccalaureate degree programs. Students completing the Criminal Justice program will acquire the practical knowledge and skills to successfully pass the Criminal Justice Law Enforcement Vocational entrance exams and academy programs as well as attaining the academic skills necessary to transfer and complete a four-year university degree in Criminal Justice and related fields. Students will also gain a working understanding of the diverse aspects of the community that the Criminal Justice system serves.
