Goal of Program

CTE

Include any other information you would like to share.
This certificate meets the missions of Diablo Valley College and Contra Costa College by providing career and technical education and supporting the economic development of the Bay Area. Many students who get certificates in business administration express interest in working or starting a business in the cannabis industry. This certificate requires a course focused on the cannabis industry combined with additional business, biotechnology, and a horticulture class to increase the chances for their success. Healthy businesses support communities, provide jobs, and improve community resilience.
