Miramar College submitted the appropriate LMI from the COE. There is an oversupply, entry-level wages are $31.35, and total employment for the occupation increased from 38,562 to 51,985 jobs in the region over the past 10 years. Based on available LMI, the COE would not endorse a *new* program. However, if this is a program modification, then the COE defers to the region.
