The Sustainable Food & Beverage Management Certificate of Achievement is designed to prepare students/employees to become successful supervisors and leaders in the food and beverage industry.
It is anticipated there will be 10-15 student completions each year.
Program Proposal Attributes
- Certificate of Achievement: 16 or greater semester (or 24 or greater quarter) units (C)
Upon successful completion of the program, students will demonstrate an ability to: ● Manage a profitable food and beverage outlet according to safety and sanitation guidelines using sustainable practices. |
