The Real Estate Brokers Certificate is designed to prepare students for a career as a real estate broker. The program will provide the details and classroom experience for the student seeking the real estate broker designation. Upon program completion, students will have completed the courses required to sit for the California Real Estate Brokers license. A minimum grade of C is required in each course taken. This certificate requires 24-24.5 units.

Renaming Certificate to better meet state regulations and industry demands. Name changed from Real Estate Sales Certificate to Real Estate Brokers Certificate. Units changed from 18-20 to 24-24.5 to better meet the certificate employment design.
