This Certificate in Hospitality is comprised of a series of courses along with emphasis options which provide students with the knowledge and skills to successfully develop business, entrepreneurship and hospitality industry theory and concepts. Information on launching of new ventures, advertising and micro/intrapreneurial venture will be explored as a stand alone and/or existing company model. The hospitality certificate is also useful for members of the community who are planning or starting a new business in the sector.
