Catalog Description
This certificate’s purpose is to help students secure skills needed to start their own entrepreneurial graphic design business and/or an internship, apprenticeship and/or entry to mid-level position in the Graphic Design industry. The certificate’s goals are to help students build the necessary skills and create a portfolio of high-quality Graphic Design work that will make them viable to start their own business and/or for employment in the industry. The certificate’s goals will be achieved by providing students with the ability to produce both print and digital Graphic Design solutions demonstrating their ability to work under industry professionals and by constantly aligning the course offerings with the frequently evolving trends in the print and digital graphic design industry.
