Agriculture Food Safety Certificate of Achievement

This certificate prepares students for entry-level employment in a variety of office and field agriculture related fields in which food safety is of primary importance. Students completing this certificate will acquire skills in Biology, Entomology, Soils, and knowledge of Pesticide and Food Safety Laws and Regulations.

Demonstrate managerial and leadership abilities in Agriculture classes for employment that will enhance opportunities and success in the Agriculture industry. Demonstrate an understanding of sanitary procedures for processing, preparing, and packaging food, and inspection of equipment and facilities. Obtain qualifications for jobs as food inspector, consumer inspector or in agriculture farm to table logistics.
