Goal of Program

CTE & Transfer

Include any other information you would like to share.
This certificate is designed to support students interested in working with school age children. Specifically, this certificate offers a clear pathway to our Elementary Education AD-T. The transfer degree has been on our campus for several semesters, but there has been no clear pathway towards that goal. Furthermore, we have a large population of students who work in after school programs and this certificate supports their professional development.
Please list similar programs at other colleges in the service area which may be impacted, including the name of the college, the name of the program that may be impacted, the name of the person you contacted and the outcome of that contact.
There are no similar programs at other colleges in our service area that will be impacted by the creation of this certificate.
