Catalog Description
This degree prepares students for entry-level employment in the field of Information Communication Technology through the study of Network Hardware, Software, Design, Maintenance, and Security. Students will acquire skills in Supporting and Managing Network Systems in Microsoft and Cisco platforms. CAREER OPPORTUNITIES: Upon successful completion of this degree, students will be prepared for careers or employment in the following fields: Help Desk Technician, and Network Support role in business operations.
Enrollment Completer Projections
Based on the 2016-2017 academic year, there were 62 certificates of achievement awarded in computer application (35 units). Therefore it’s reasonable to project that in three to five years the ICT A.S. can have completion rate of 20 students per academic year.
