The Restaurant Entrepreneur Certificate equips students with the essential skills to navigate the dynamic service industry and successfully launch and manage their own restaurant. Courses cover key areas such as food service management, menu planning, cost control, beverage operations, and overall business management, preparing students for the diverse challenges of the industry. A grade of C or better is required in each course taken. This certificate requires 20-25 units.
