Catalog Description

The BIW – Real Estate Specialist Certificate of Achievement prepares students for a career as a Real Estate Salesperson according to the California Bureau of Real Estate (CalBRE) and the Department of Real Estate (DRE). After successful completion of the BIW Real Estate Specialist Certificate of Achievement, students may take the Real Estate Salesperson License test and then seek employment as real estate agents or work for a real estate broker and/or management company.

Enrollment Completer Projections

We are considering to have about 64 completers in the first year. If demand is not met we will be doubling the real estate courses aiming to duplicate that number. We are confident that with the high cost of private programs for real estate licensing, our program will foresee a spike on demand.
