Computer Applications for Project Management

This program provides students with the foundational knowledge and practical skills needed to successfully plan, execute, and oversee projects in a variety of professional settings. This program emphasizes the principles and processes outlined in industry-recognized standards, preparing learners to contribute effectively to project teams or manage small to midscale projects with confidence. 

This program equips students with a solid foundation in managing projects from initiation to completion. Courses cover essential topics such as project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and team coordination, along with hands-on training in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting, and Microsoft Outlook for professional communication and time management.
