The IT Systems Support and Sales certificate will provide students with proficiency in the areas of computer hardware and software troubleshooting, operating systems configuration, practical networking and security, customer service, user support, and business retail practices.
50-100 students annually.

This certificate supports the California Community Colleges IT Technician Pathway (ITTP) Phase 1, which emphasizes technical career preparation and industry certification (CompTIA A+). This certificate promotes technical career growth and education advancement in Inland Empire/Desert Region. It provides an education platform for students to expand skill sets through training that can potentially improve their opportunities for career, pursuing industry certifications, and impact regional and national workforce.
