Enrollment in these courses is for those who desire to advance to supervisory and/or management positions in business, government, education, nonprofit, and community-based organizations and also for others who are currently employed as supervisors and desire to upgrade their supervisory skills. Requirements for the Certificate of Accomplishment. Students may obtain the Certificate of Accomplishment in Supervision and Management by completing the following courses with a final grade of C or higher.

Program Goal
The Supervision and Management (SAM) certificate combines management theory with day-to-day practical application. SAM is designed for individuals who desire to advance to management positions as well as those who are currently employed as supervisors and desire to upgrade their knowledge and supervisory skills. Students will examine all aspects of management from both theoretical and practical perspectives. The program will help students to become a better and more confident manager as well as be more effective and efficient in their job.
