The Motion Design certificate provides production knowledge and skills used by digital artists to perform a variety of production duties in the graphic design, animation and live-action production fields. This certificate is a part of a sequence of certificates focused on providing essential skills for employment in the field of graphic design, animation, game art and live-action production. To earn a certificate, complete the required courses as listed with a minimum grade of “C”. At least 50% of all course work must be completed at Cypress College

The Media Arts and Design department seeks to create a dynamic learning eco-system that prepares students for careers, position advancements and/or higher-level degrees through practical, real-world and community experiences in and out of the classroom. The Motion Design certificate provides production knowledge and skills used by digital artists to perform a variety of production duties in the graphic design, animation and live-action production fields. This certificate is a part of a sequence of certificates focused on providing essential skills for employment in the field of graphic design, animation, game art and live-action production.
