Motion graphic skill development in basic design, 2-D and 3-D animation using Adobe Creative Cloud suite and others. Use of Blender, Adobe Animate, and Adobe After Effects software are featured.

Enrollment Completer Projections

The courses included in this program are already in place, and have historically enjoyed strong enrollment as part of the Graphic Communications program. 

This 19-unit certificate aggregates them into a pathway that could be accomplished in two semesters.

A modest estimate of completers ranges from 10-15 annually.

Program Goal

This program will augment the workforce preparation skill set developed in the Graphic Design and Video Production Degree/Certificate programs. Digital media development dealing with two and three dimensional animation design, creation of motion graphics for video and additional design considerations will be featured. This certificate will be stackable with the Digital Media certificate.
