Program Goals The Real Estate Salesperson Certificate of Achievement will qualify and prepare students to take the written examination for a California Real Estate Salesperson license. 

Program Objectives The program will provide students with the knowledge and skills to: Demonstrate an understanding of real and personal property including the methods of holding title to real estate such as joint tenancy, tenants in common, and community property.

Program Requirements Narrative

This program prepares the student to qualify to sit for the real estate salesperson licensing examination in the state of California. Students will also leave with a certificate of achievement for completion of the three required courses.
