Program Goal

The Certificate of Completion in Cybersecurity aims to address a shortage of talent statewide in information and network security professionals.  It is aimed at traditional college students seeking employment or transfer in the areas of Computer Information Systems or Computer Science as well as industry professionals looking to develop new skills for promotion within their companies. Each course is aligned to the objectives of an industry recognized certification and students are encouraged to sit these certification exams as they complete their coursework.  Any student awarded this certificate of completion should be well prepared for entry level work in networking and system administration or cybersecurity.
