Catalog Description

This program is designed for skill builders returning to school to polish and/or update their current skill sets. Students completing this Construction Management Technology Certificate will have career opportunities as  an Estimator, Scheduler, Budget Analyzer, Subcontractor Coordinator, and Value Engineer.

Enrollment Completer Projections

The estimated number of completers from the first cohort completing the program is 5.The estimated number of completers at the end of the third cohort’s program completion is expected to be around 8-10. It is anticipated that enrollment and completions may continue to rise after the third year of program operation due to increased exposure of its availability among students, counselors, faculty and the construction industry.

Upon completion of this program, the student will be able to:
