The Construction Inspection Associate in Science Degree is designed to prepare students with building code knowledge for entry-level employment in the construction industry. This degree requires a total of 37 units. A grade of C or better is required in each course taken. At least half of the units towards this degree must be completed at Fullerton College.

This certificate provides an entry-level pathway for positions as site inspectors, building inspectors, deputy inspectors, specifiers, quality control inspectors, material testers, construction materials and equipment supervisors, owners' representatives and site monitors.
