The Bachelor of Science in Applied Human-AI Collaboration and Leadership prepares students to lead, manage, and strategically implement artificial intelligence solutions within modern organizations. Unlike traditional artificial intelligence programs that focus primarily on software engineering, programming, or technical model development, this program emphasizes the human, organizational, operational, and leadership dimensions of AI adoption in the workplace.
Students develop the knowledge and skills needed to collaborate effectively with AI systems to enhance decision-making, improve productivity, support innovation, and guide organizational transformation across a variety of industries. Coursework integrates applied AI literacy, business analytics, organizational leadership, ethical and responsible AI practices, workflow automation, and data-informed decision-making.
The program prepares graduates for emerging leadership and coordination roles that bridge communication between technical teams, organizational stakeholders, and business operations. Graduates will be equipped to support AI-enabled initiatives across business operations, project management, entrepreneurship, marketing, workforce development, customer experience, and organizational strategy.
The college anticipates a phased cohort-based enrollment model during the first three years of implementation.
