The Strategic Management Certificate of Achievement in includes a unique combination of“ Multi- Discipline” approach, with a strong emphasis on qualitative science; Human Relations skills and business communication sciences. This comprehensive program designed to provide the Managers / Professionals / Students with a dynamic approach and a cutting edge information in their field of interest / expertise; anchored in a solid foundation that extends from Management, Communications, Personal Finance and general Human Psychology; that provides an in depth analysis, critical thinking, leadership skills and an overview of running a successful and sustainable business enterprise via effective management. To Achieve the Certificate of Achievement: Upon completion of the following courses with at least a ‘C’ grade in each course, the student will be awarded a Certificate of Achievement.

The proposed certificate is a "Short Term Diploma/ Program" geared towards the community need for: Vocational &Workforce preparation, Improvement in Employability, Career Advancement and Job Placement opportunity. The proposed Certificate composed of an approved and implemented Pathway courses/ classes that allow the students to earn a Diploma (21 Credit Units) while in the process of completing their AA degree. For other vocational students, it allows them to take only the classes that pertain to their field of interest / expertise.

In reviewing the Catalog Descriptions above, I think the first one may have too many "in's" inserted... "The Strategic Management Certificate of Achievement in includes..."
