This Program is designed to strengthen the skill set of Program, Project &Construction Managers working as Owner's Agents, Design/Build, Construction Management, and Architectural firms. This individual is focused on project administration, document control, communications, negotiations, soft skills and the key component of information transfer between - Owners, Inspectors,Designers/Architects, Contractors, and Governing entities. Program also provides current policies, procedures and business management practices for skill builders who have relative industry experience. This certificate provides opportunities for employment as a Program Manager, Project Manager,Construction Manager, Superintendent, Operations Manager, Project Coordinator,Design/Build Manager, LEED Coordinator, Administrative Manager, Documents Controls, Contract Administrator, Negotiator/Analyzer.
The estimated number of completers from the first cohort completing the program is 5.The estimated number of completers at the end of the third cohort’s program completion is expected to be around 8-10. It is anticipated that enrollment and completions may continue to rise after the third year of program operation due to increased exposure of its availability among students, counselors, faculty and the construction industry.

Upon completion of this program, the student will be able to:
- Program SLO #1 Demonstrate Independent learning, problem solving, strategic planning and self-initiative.
- Program SLO #2 - Translate key project details to entire project team through developed written & oral communication with soft skills that promote work efficient with diverse people and work scopes.
- Program SLO #3 - Analyze project details to Masterplan and select tools to best fit each situation/scenario to allow work to be conducted professionally, efficiently with the least amount of impact to project time, quality, safety or budget.
