This Hospitality Management Certificate of Achievement is designed to equip students with the essential skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the dynamic hospitality industry. In this program, students will explore key principles of hospitality management, including the organization and administration of hospitality services, effective personnel management, and the intricacies of restaurant and food service operations. Topics covered will lead to a comprehensive understanding of event planning, hotel management, and the strategic marketing of hospitality services. Students will engage in a variety of hands-on learning activities, such as case studies, mock interviews, role-playing scenarios, and group discussions, allowing them to apply their knowledge in real-world contexts. This practical approach ensures that graduates are not only knowledgeable but also prepared to meet the challenges of the industry with confidence.

Upon completion of the required courses with at least a “C” or “P” grade in each course, the student will be awarded a Certificate of Achievement.
The Hospitality Management Certificate of Achievement is projected to enroll approximately 10 to 20 students in its first full academic year, with expected growth as awareness increases through outreach and advising.
