Catalog Description

This program will prepare students to apply for paraeducator/instructional aide positions as well as teacher's aide positions, such as before/after school supervisory positions, specifically at the secondary level. This program will prepare students with subject content and skillsets to support classroom teachers and work with diverse children in academic settings, before/after school settings, and other relevant settings. This program will support students preparing for the California Subject Examinations for Teachers (CSET) in Science (single subject).
