The Oxnard College Accounting Associate in Science degree provides students with foundational and applied accounting knowledge aligned with industry and transfer standards. The program emphasizes financial and managerial accounting, ethics, technology applications, and compliance with professional standards to prepare students for entry-level accounting careers or further study. Students develop practical skills using accounting software and real-world case studies relevant to business, government, and nonprofit environments.
