This certificate includes instruction and practice in database fundamentals and interacting with databases using both SQL queries and procedural programming. This course of study prepares students for entry-level positions in database management, administration, development and programming.
We estimate that 15 students will complete this certificate annually in the first few years.

- Certificate of Achievement: 16 or greater semester (or 24 or greater quarter) units (C)
Occupational: Students completing this certificate program will bequalified for entry-level positions in database management, administration,development and programming.
