Catalog Description
This program focuses on the criminal justice system, its organizational components and processes, as well as its legal and public policy contexts. This includes instruction in criminal law and policy, police and corrections systems, organization, the administration of justice and the judiciary, and public attitudes regarding criminal justice issues.
Enrollment Completer Projections
After the third year 20/21 it is expected to have 40 certificates annually from the high school programs. It is anticipated that 40 certificates will be awarded annually from our college students beginning year two.

Program Goal
Moreno Valley College is beginning a Pilot Program with 2 local high schools to provide ADJ/HLS classes to high school students utilizing dual-enrollment. This certificate, 6 classes of ADJ, are the core classes offered in our current ADT in Administration of Justice. This certificate will provide a pathway from the high schools to the community college for an ADT in Administration of Justice.
