Catalog Description

The Drone Maintenance and Repair Technician Certificate trains students on the skills needed to repair and maintain small uncrewed aerial systems. It will also provide them knowledge on safe operations of an UAV's in use for the commercial uncrewed aerial industry. Students will learn all the components of UAVs and how to repair them. They will also have the opportunity to earn their FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate before earning this certificate. This certificate requires a total of 18 units. A minimum grade of C is required in each course taken.

Program Goal

The Drone Maintenance and Repair Technician Certificate trains students on the skills needed to repair and maintain small uncrewed aerial systems.
