The Residential Construction Technician Certificate program is designed to prepare students for a rewarding career in the residential construction industry.  This occupational prep-program combines classroom instruction with practical hands-on training, providing participants with entry level skills and knowledge needed to excel in a variety of construction roles. This certificate requires a total of 11 units. A grade of C or better is required in each course taken.
