The Marketing Management Associate in Science Degree is designed for students who intend to seek immediate employment in the field of marketing and/or business, and those presently employed in marketing but seeking advancement. Graduates of this program may be employed in a number of jobs and career areas such as Advertising and Promotions Manager, Marketing Manager, Agent and Business Manager of Artists, Performers, and Athletes, Market Research Analyst and Marketing Specialist. This degree requires 24-25 units.

The Marketing Management Associate in Science Degree is designed to meet occupational and transfer education goals by preparing students for entry-level and advancement opportunities in marketing, sales, digital marketing, customer relationship management, and business development. The program provides students with practical, transferable skills in marketing strategy, communication, analytics, social media, customer engagement, and emerging digital business tools, aligned with current workforce needs across Los Angeles and Orange counties. According to the Orange County Center of Excellence Labor Market Analysis, there are projected to be more than 5,200 annual openings in related marketing and sales occupations within the region, with strong employer demand for skills such as marketing, sales, CRM software, communication, project management, and digital marketing. The degree also supports lifelong learning and prepares students for transfer to programs in marketing, business administration, communications, and related disciplines.
