The culinary arts certificate of achievement will give students a transcriptable certificate to show prospective employers that they have completed the entire culinary arts course of study at Fresno City College. The culinary arts program prepares students to work in the culinary industry by giving them information vital to success including: Food Safety, Food Service, Cost Control, Food Preparation, Management Skills, and Menu Planning.
This certificate is designed to prepare students for management positions in food service.
