Catalog Description

The Culinary Industry Employable Skill Certificate was created and envisioned from our local culinary industry advisory partner’s feedback.  These Chefs, restaurant managers, and business owners agree that these are the essential culinary skills that our students need to succeed in this industry.  The employable skill certificate prepares our students for employment success in many foodservice establishments.  Students will learn their way through our student ran restaurant, in our culinary facility.   The Culinary industry employable skill certificate prepares students with the essential skills to be the future Prep Cooks, Line Cooks, Front Line Supervisors and Banquet Cooks in the foodservice industry.
