Catalog Description

This Professional Upgrade Certificate is designed to upgrade the skills and knowledge of the machinist or the CNC machine operator to the level of the CNC machine programmer.  Upon completion students will be able to write machine part programs for controlling CNC lathes and milling machines.  Prerequisite: Successful Completion of the CNC Operator Certificate.  Students must have skills in use of a personal computer to complete coursework.
